  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp ground ginger
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup dried cranberries or raisins
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Festive Spiced Mini Muffins

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a mini muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt in a medium bowl and whisk until well blended.
  3. In another large bowl, beat the softened butter and brown sugar together until the mixture becomes light and airy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
